With a receipt, a full refund up until 30 days. Merchandise must be unused, unopened and with tags attached.

No refunds/exchanges after 30 days. All Discounted or Sale Items are FINAL. (No Refund/Exchanges).

PLEBE FOOTWEAR RETURN POLICY:

You may return/exchange unworn merchandise. Footwear MUST be returned in the original brand box (packaging), unused, unworn, and in new condition. Please be sure to use an undamaged packing box to protect your return.

Returns are to be sent back to us at your expense and MUST include the original sale receipt within 30 days of purchase. SPECIFY if you are returning and/or exchanging; if exchanging, include size needed for new order. Include your name, address, phone/email, and payment information.

You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise only, within 10 business days of receipt. The shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer on all orders, exchanges, and returns. In the case of an error by the Academy Store, we will credit the return shipping fee.
